HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team on a permanent basis in South Kildare.
About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR function, reporting to the Director of People.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the HR function, ensuring that best practices are provided to staff and senior management.
* Foster a positive work environment and culture, including organizing staff events and well-being initiatives.
* Provide ongoing support as the first point of contact for line managers on all staffing matters.
* Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
* Issue contracts, coordinate appraisals, and manage disciplinary processes.
* Oversee payroll, pension, and healthcare administration.
* Ensure compliance with Garda vetting procedures.
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in HR or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in an HR management role.
* A genuine interest in our organisation's mission and its values.
