HR Officer Annual Salary: £30-35k pa doe Location: County Antrim Job Type: Full-time FTC to cover a period of maternity I am seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join my clients large HR Team within a bustling manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR practices and a passion for workforce management and employee relations.
Day-to-day of the role: Implement and manage HR strategies that support business objectives Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Manage payroll and benefits administration Provide support and guidance to management on HR issues Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing setting Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, OR CIPD Qualified to Level 5 Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Benefits: Competitive salary package Opportunities for professional development and training Supportive and dynamic work environment Other standard benefits inc.
