We are currently recruiting an experienced Spa & Wellness Manager to join our team at Carton House.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain the highest standards of etiquette and service in all guest and staff interactions.
2. Execute Spa & Wellness objectives across operations, finance, people management, and marketing.
3. Direct and lead the day-to-day Spa operation, ensuring all standards are followed.
4. Train and manage a team of dedicated spa professionals, fostering accountability and alignment with business goals.
5. Monitor daily activities, address issues promptly, and continuously strive for excellence.
6. Stay updated on spa services, pricing, schedules, specials, and competitor offerings.
7. Lead by example, demonstrating proper etiquette and professionalism at all times.
8. Communicate housekeeping and maintenance needs, ensuring prompt action.
9. Support team members in all aspects of the business operation.
10. Ensure team members are familiar with all areas of the Spa & Wellness operation, including product knowledge and retail sales.
11. Assist in the recruitment, development, and training of all Spa & Wellness team members.
The Successful candidate will have:
1. Previous leadership experience within the Spa & Wellness field.
2. Flexibility for a full-time role; shift work is required.
3. A strong understanding of hotel operations.
4. Ability to work on own initiative.
5. Excellent communication skills, with proficient spoken and written English.
6. An outgoing, bubbly personality with confidence in dealing with a range of customers.
7. Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star resort.
8. A structured and organized approach to work planning.
