You'll collaborate with hiring managers and their teams to deliver a seamless recruitment process.You'll work closely with the internal recruitment team and HR to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes - generating ideas and suggesting improvements.You'll manage a complex and busy recruitment schedule, utilising our ATS, Slack, and others.You'll source active and passive candidates through relevant networks, online databases, employee referrals, networking and research.You'll support the recruitment team in ad-hoc hires across the business, including operations, live events, engineering, marketing, etc.Skills we like: Exceptional problem-solving, planning and communication skills as well as the ability to engage any audience.Demonstrated track record of success in talent acquisition and development of sourcing strategy preferably within a tech sector.Ability to understand the long-term "big picture" and short-term perspectives of situations adjusting to moving deadlines and priorities.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detailMust be adaptable to moving business needs, and the asks the business places on the recruitment team. Comfortable dealing with internal stakeholders, and deep diving into team needs, which will help build out the ideal candidate profile.
