Key Responsibilities:
* Process Optimization: Develop and rollout efficient operational processes to drive productivity and excellence.
* Training and Support: Train and support retailers and their teams in executing our operational processes to the highest standard.
* Collaboration and Process Development: Work closely with retailers in several areas such as documentation/review of existing core processes, development of new processes, rollout of new processes, and implementation of consistent ways of working.
* Reporting and Analytics: Develop and use reporting tools that capture input and output through clear and measurable KPIs.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years retail experience in a store management position with a third-level qualification in Sales/Business or similar.
* Experience in working in project management, managing pilot initiatives, and process mapping.
* Excellent communication & relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and reporting skills.
* Good computer skills including MS Office and project planning.
