Job DescriptionLocation:The Rose Hotel, Dan Spring Road,We are seeking a Bar Person to join The Rose Hotel team.This role is mainly to work the evening shift both during the week and at weekendsFlexibility within the 2 bar outlets in the hotel is required - Dotts Bar and Lee Suite (Banqueting Suite).The successful candidate will be serving drink only - no food skills required.About The RoleTo provide service of drinks to all guests in Dotts Bar/Ros Bui and Banqueting areasTo adhere to The Rose Hotel customer service standardTo be knowledgeable in all aspects of drinks, to be able to make cocktails an advantageTo ensure that Dotts Bar and Banqueting areas are set up to the agreed standardTo ensure that the Dotts Bar and Banqueting areas are kept clean, tidy and free from hazards at all timesTo ensure that guests bills are correct and to ensure that all items served are included on the guest billTo ensure that all Dotts Bar and Banqueting equipment is kept clean and tidy and stored appropriatelyTo ensure that adequate mis en place is completed for each shiftTo ensure that the glass wash area is kept clean and tidy at all timesTo ensure that all fridges are kept clean and tidy.To ensure that cleaning records are completed on a daily basisTo ensure that the store room in the back of Dotts Bar is kept clean and tidyTo complete all required training both inhouse and legislative.Skills NeededAbout The CompanyAt The Rose Hotel, our aim is to provide top-quality, full-service hospitality with a personal touch.
