For the role you would be reporting to Production Manager, Applicant must be able to follow instruction and procedures, work on own initiative, be able to problem solve and supervise area after full training
Maintain quality records and take ingredient samples when required for quality analysis
Maintain constant adherence to all company, customer and legal requirements regarding food safety and quality assurance
The successful candidate will be trained in multi roles for cover
BRC standard company experience an advantage but not essential
HACCP Food Training An Advantage but not essential
Rate of pay to reflect experience and willingness to learn
Must have own source of transport to work
