Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Senior Business Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
1. To support the Head of Business Operations in ensuring accurate and timely execution of business operations.
2. To lead and motivate a team of operations staff to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
3. To design and optimise end-to-end staff and customer journey processes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
4. To research, map and refine processes to enhance the customer experience.
5. To partner with IT to identify opportunities for automation and digitalisation.
6. To develop and deliver clear, engaging reporting mechanisms to inform business decisions.
7. To conduct regular performance appraisals and implement targeted improvement plans to drive continuous improvement.
