What are we looking for in an Assistant Restaurant Manager?
* Previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star property is essential.
* A good knowledge of wine or WSET certification is an advantage.
* Strong motivational ethic and attention to detail.
* Be an excellent team player and enthusiastic in delivering excellent customer service.
* Be flexible to work shift patterns, including mornings, late afternoons and weekends.
