We are seeking a skilled and proactive Shopify Systems and Ecommerce Specialist to join our on-site team in Wexford.This role blends technical development with hands-on management of our Shopify stores, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and strong integration between marketing, operations, and technology systems.You will manage both the front-end user experience and back-end integrations, driving store performance, site health, and e-commerce growth for our expanding brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Development & Management
* Maintain, update, and enhance Shopify storefronts for multiple brands (B2B and B2C).
* Implement new code, templates, and custom sections using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Manage product listings, pricing, and content to align with marketing campaigns.
* Monitor and improve site performance, SEO, and page load speed.
* Conduct regular A/B testing on pages, content, and user journeys to improve conversion rates and engagement.
Integrations & Technical Systems
* Manage integrations with Klaviyo, Easyship, ERP, CRM, and inventory systems.
* Implement and maintain analytics tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.).
* Automate workflows for order processing, data syncing, and reporting.
* Ensure accurate data flow across systems and produce weekly reports highlighting key insights and performance trends.
E-Commerce Optimization
* Drive conversion rate optimization through UX and funnel improvements.
* Audit data accuracy, redirects, and SEO metadata regularly.
* Generate and analyze weekly sales and traffic reports to identify growth opportunities.
* Champion continuous improvement by testing new tools, features, and strategies to enhance store performance.
Cross-Team Collaboration
* Partner with the Marketing Manager on campaign rollouts and product launches.
* Liaise with Operations to ensure fulfillment and system sync accuracy.
* Support creative and product teams with e-commerce content execution.
Required Skills & Experience
* 2–4 years of Shopify experience (theme customization, development, and management).
* Proficiency in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and basic API use.
* Experience with Shopify integrations, analytics, and performance tracking.
* Familiarity with Klaviyo, Easyship, and Shopify Flow or equivalent tools.
* Strong organizational skills and a data-driven mindset.
Preferred
* Experience with Shopify Plus or multi-store setups.
* Understanding of SEO and CRO principles.
* Basic graphic editing skills (Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD).
* Knowledge of e-commerce in the beauty/cosmetics sector.
