Fleet Administrator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to assist in managing and supporting the operations of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicles, including registration, tax classification, and maintenance details.
* Assist with tracking vehicle warranties, service history, and compliance with safety regulations.
* Assist in preparing reports on fleet performance, maintenance status, and other key metrics.
* Ensure all fleet activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
* Monitor and manage vehicles MOTs and tax renewals.
* Support communication with external vendors and service providers for vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
* Help manage the scheduling of vehicle deliveries and returns with vendors.
* Provide administrative support for the fleet management team, including filing, data entry, and updating fleet records in our management software.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in fleet administration or a related administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and with confidence with both customers and multiple stakeholders.
* A passion for administration and highly computer literate with experience and proficiency with standard Microsoft tools and applications.
* Strong organisation, time management and planning skills and good attention to detail.
