Maintenance Electrician
Location:
North Cork

Permanent, Full-Time
Salary & Benefits:
* Competitive Hourly Rate with
time and a half for overtime

Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

40-hour week
, plus approx. 5 hours overtime.

About the Company
A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a
Maintenance Electrician
to join its team in North Cork. The company is known for its high standards, strong engineering culture, and focus on continuous improvement and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment.
* Lead and manage the preventative electrical maintenance programme.
* Inspect, test, and certify electrical installations to ensure compliance and safety.
* Accurately record maintenance activities using mobile field technology.
* Work closely with production and management teams to support efficient operations.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified Electrician with minimum
2 years' post-apprenticeship experience
.
* Experience in electrical maintenance, controls, and automation within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Flexibility for shift work, overtime, and occasional on-call duties.
