Key Requirements
Degree in Construction Management or relevant Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) – desirable
5–10+ years' site-based Construction Management experience
Proven track record delivering delivering high‑quality Institutional Projects (essential)
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively managing site teams
Fully up to date with BCAR compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
