Accenture has an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Sales leader as we rapidly expand our team across EMEA. We are looking for a people-oriented sales leader with solid experience managing and coaching sales managers with client-facing experience, delivering results and achieving sales targets, building and scaling operations, and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders. The role will support the Functional Lead (FL) of one of four core functional business areas in EMEA.

The role will support both team expansion and the creation of operational rigor in the rapidly expanding digital marketing sales environment. Accenture is partnering with Pinterest to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more. You will have the opportunity to drive measurable outcomes for both Accenture and Pinterest. Success in this position requires owning and growing an area of the business with autonomy.

You will need to develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the ACCN Functional Lead for the business area, supporting that FL as a trusted and effective second-in-command.

Responsibilities

1. Own a segment of the business operations in assigned markets to ensure profitability and growth, including providing insights into the business's call.
2. Proven expertise in fostering strategic relationships and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes with clients and internal stakeholders; this role will be client-facing and require strategic interaction with clients.
3. Be a role model regarding sales behaviors, operational excellence, and compliance. Demonstrate a strong passion for diversity, inclusion, and equity.
4. Provide actions and insights leveraging business data to develop the AM business and its programs with autonomy.
5. The role reports directly to the FL and will stand in for the FL during their absence (e.g., vacation), with support from the Operations Lead.
6. Manage managers within the team.
7. Create employee engagement, career development, performance management, and HC assignment and reassignment alongside the FL.
8. Handle day-to-day operations of the LOB, excluding significant HR issues.
9. Collaborate with other deputies on BP/strategic plans.
10. Responsible for either the Advance or Accelerate business, developing and driving the respective priorities in line with the FL.
11. Analyze business data in detail to provide solutions and ensure the creation of outcome-driven best practices.
12. Upskill, develop, and execute high-level service expectations aligned with Pin leads' priorities. Own specific initiatives such as churn reduction or new product launches.


Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing and coaching teams in a high-paced sales environment (or equivalent).
2. 2+ years of sales leadership experience managing managers in an AdTech sales environment.
3. Proven ability to make data-driven decisions supported by strong analytical and reporting skills.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Preferable experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and proficiency in Office/G-Suite tools.
6. Deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
