Job Summary: As an Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation and control systems used in industrial processes. This includes a wide range of equipment such as sensors, transmitters, control valves, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and distributed control systems (DCS). Your goal will be to ensure these systems operate reliably, accurately, and safely to support efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair instrumentation and control systems
* Troubleshoot issues in PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems
* Perform loop checks, signal tracing, and functional testing
* Interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and electrical schematics
* Maintain accurate documentation of work, including calibration records and service reports
* Assist in system upgrades, modifications, and commissioning activities
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in I&C maintenance or commissioning in an industrial setting
* Strong understanding of instrumentation principles, control systems, and process automation
* Familiarity with PLC/DCS platforms (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Emerson)
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Craft certificate in Instrumentation, Electrical Instrumentation or Electrical or A Diploma or equivalent in electronic engineering, electrical engineering or manufacturing engineering
Working Conditions:
