* You will be responsible for leading a function regionally across EMEA, accountable for tasks such as client audits, quality control, and execution of financial reporting process controls.

* Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, evolving, and enhancing the Financial Reporting operating model, fostering an efficient and risk-mitigating control environment.

Requirements:

* At least 15 years' experience in financial reporting within funds or audit firms, with a strategic or change management background.

* ACA qualification, in-depth knowledge of the Funds industry, Microsoft suite, and excellent communication skills.

* A strategic thinker comfortable with a leadership role, able to implement and evaluate strategies for improving operational excellence.
