Client Service Manager, Customer Success Manager (German Speaking)

About the Role
We're looking for a German-speaking Enterprise Service Manager to support and empower our enterprise customers across the DACH region. You'll be the key link between clients and internal teams — ensuring smooth service delivery, resolving complex issues, and helping customers get the most from our products.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment, enjoys solving problems, and can manage multiple stakeholders with confidence.
What You'll Do
1. Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients — managing service requests, account configuration, and escalations.
2. Proactively educate customers on product features and best practices.
3. Drive improvements in SLA performance, case resolution, and customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, Finance, and Risk teams to resolve high-impact issues.
5. Support compliance activities (e.g., PCI DSS documentation) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
What You Bring
6. 2–3 years' experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Customer Success — ideally in fintech or payments.
7. Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
8. Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and handling complex service cases.
9. Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems (preferred).
10. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
