Your Job

* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
* Register guests and process their payments
* Respond to guest inquiries about facilities and local information
* Ensure the security of room keys
* Update guest information in the system
* Take and confirm reservations


What You'll Need

* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Outstanding communication skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Experience in 3/4-star hotels is preferred but not essential
