We are seeking an experienced risk professional to join our team in a leadership role. Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing operational risk within a regulatory environment, with at least 5 years of experience handling operational incidents, customer complaints and escalation, and developing and executing robust control environments.
Job Responsibilities
* Work closely with the UK Head of Risk to plan, design and implement overall risk management processes for Customer Support and Operations teams.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures and authority levels across multiple processes.
* Develop strategies to manage Operational Risk by identifying risks and managing events in line with agreed business policies.
