Role Overview

organised, proactive, and digitally savvy
Sales & Operations Administrator to join our team. This part-time role (15 hours/week) supports both our sales and operations teams, helping keep workflows running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on organisation, enjoys variety, and has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Your Day-to-Day
* Assist the sales team with CRM updates, quotations, and follow-ups.
* Prepare reports and dashboards to track sales activities and performance.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
* Coordinate internal communications for sales and operations activities.
* Assist the operations team with scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.
* Help maintain organised workflows, processes, and documentation.
* Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
* Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in administrative support, sales support, or operations.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
* Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Preferred
: Experience in CRM systems and supporting sales teams or in high-volume administrative environments.
