This role would suit an ambitious Site Manager seeking to progress their career in a fast-growing organisation.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Able to step in and operate tools when needed or oversee multiple tasks and team in a supervisory capacity
* Managing all shopfitting activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines
* Coordinating with the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
* Ordering/booking in materials for each phase of the project
* Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to project manager
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
* Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
* Preparing and maintaining site documentation, including progress reports and records
* Identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the process
* Maintaining quality control checks
* Motivating the workforce

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Have a technical/construction or an honours degree is an advantage but not essential
* Safe Pass & Manual handling required
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Previous Site management experience essential
* A minimum 3-year joinery/Shop fit experience is required
* Must have a good working knowledge of installations
* Knowledge of building, construction and retail
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must be PC literate - Excel, Word, Outlook, MS project etc.
* Flexible and can adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management and leadership skills
* Good initiative and logical thinking skills
* Be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and to travel across the Island of Ireland (both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland) as well as the UK as required
* A full clean driver’s licence which will enable you to fulfil your responsibilities
