Senior Application Support Engineer (mobile apps) required for a leader in developing identity assurance solutions worldwide.You will work with mobile and web SDKs, troubleshoot complex application issues, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver effective solutions.This is a full time hybrid structure position 3 days a week on site/2days remotely (Dublin city center)Responsibilities:Providing comprehensive and professional customer support to ensure customer satisfactionTriage and resolve support incidents, escalating where necessaryTest and support biometric sample applications using native and web SDKsMaximizing customer satisfaction on application development issues by consulting with the development team and providing technical solutions.Build customer reference environments in AWS using sample mobile appsAdminister the Customer Support Portal and internal business toolsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedbackContinuously provide feedback to improve support processes and customer satisfactionParticipating in the on-call weekend rotation (every 4 weeks)Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years' experience in a similar role (product support)Ability to READ and DEBUG code in at least one of the following languages: Objective-C/Swift, Java/Kotlin, or JavaScriptStrong PowerShell and Bash scripting skillsKnowledge of RESTful API, and the ability to conduct/create REST web services call for testingFamiliarity with Linux and AWS environmentStrong understanding of mobile app troubleshootingExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.Fluent Englishplease note that we can only accept applications from candidates eligible to work in Ireland
