About People Consulting The People Consulting practice at RSM Ireland partners with organisations to deliver people-centred, commercially grounded solutions that drive performance, resilience and sustainable growth.
Working closely with senior leaders, the practice supports organisations to navigate complex people challenges through two core solution areas: Organisational Development and Culture and People Business Partnering.
Through Organisational Development and Culture, the practice helps clients design future-fit people strategies, optimise organisational structures and processes, strengthen leadership capability, and build cultures that enable long-term organisational effectiveness.
Across People Business Partnering, the team provides pragmatic advisory and hands-on support across employment-law-informed decision-making, governance and compliance, and support complex business change interventions (e.g.
redundancy).
The Opportunity This is a dynamic role which will involve the successful candidate working across a broad range of HR and employee relations assignments.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be tasked with: Providing advice and support to clients across a spectrum of HR and employee relations matters - terms & conditions, recruitment, performance management, absenteeism, disciplinary, grievance and dignity and work matters.
Developing contracts of employment and employment policies & procedures in line with legislative requirements and HR best practice.
Providing end-to-end support for recruitment campaigns which may include shortlisting and interviewing support.
Deliver a suite of training programmes as required by clients Supporting transformation and change projects as required.
Assisting with business development activities including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns and delivering successful client pitches; Contributing to the financial and commercial management of the unit including raising invoices, debtor management, WIP and budget management.
The Person: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: An appropriate third level qualification in a relevant business discipline; A keen interest in employment law.
A post-graduate certificate or diploma in employment law is desirable but not essential; Ideally 2/3+ years' experience in a HR role with emphasis on employee relations matters; Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; and A good work ethic with a positive, can do attitude and approach to work.
