About the Role
* Reporting to the Managing Director
* Managing a team of property managers and administrators
* Ensuring timely rent collection and taking necessary actions as required
* Supervising third-party contractors and outside service providers
* Overseeing move-out procedures and deposit returns
* Working closely with letting agents to list vacant properties
* Ensuring regular property inspections and adherence to established procedures
* Following authorization protocols and administration for Purchase Orders
* Updating property schedules and providing monthly reports
* Negotiating and adjusting residential rents as needed
* Assisting in marketing strategy through relationship building
Key Requirements
* Relevant Qualification in a property-related field
* PRSA qualified or meet licensing criteria
* Excellent Leadership Skills
* Excellent IT skills
* Strong Communication skills
