Job Title: Delivery Project Manager
About the Role:
As a key member of our Digital Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and supporting business applications that enhance customer experiences and streamline operations using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of Power Platform projects from initiation to closure.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria.
* Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocations.
* Ensure adherence to Microsoft Power Platform best practices and governance standards.
* Conduct regular status meetings, provide project updates to leadership, and manage stakeholder expectations.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
* Support user adoption, training, and change management efforts.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (3–5 years minimum) in project management, preferably in digital transformation.
* Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents.
* Strong understanding of Agile and proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Jira or similar.
* Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
