6. Prepare contracts and communicate weekly shipping updates to clients.

7. Verify copy shipping documents, prepare invoices, and original shipping documents for prompt dispatch.

8. Collaborate with Rain Forest Alliance to maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

9. Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or operations.

10. Prior exposure to purchase order systems, invoicing, and basic finance workflows.

11. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
