About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading, globally established manufacturing organization to find a strategic and hands‑on Regional IT & ERP Manager.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the regional owner for the company's enterprise systems ecosystem, leading large‑scale implementation projects and managing system health across our European and North American sites. Beyond the ERP platform, you will oversee broader regional IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery, serving as the crucial bridge between local business leaders and the Global IT team.
While the local environment utilizes IFS, we are highly open to senior ERP leaders with strong background in SAP, Oracle, or other major enterprise platforms who have a proven track record of managing major manufacturing ERP lifecycles.

Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee system optimization, incident resolution, upgrades, and integrations with external enterprise systems (MES/WMS/HCM), while ensuring master data governance.
IT Operations & Service Delivery
Drive IT Strategy: Oversee regional IT operations and service delivery across EU/NA sites in alignment with global IT strategy.
