This role provides data entry support to ensure accurate entry of data into Musgrave systems. As a member of this team the successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: What you'll be doing: The accurate and efficient entry of product & promotional data into the Musgrave Gold Trading System within the timeframes set out in the relevant Service Level Agreement. Generation of relevant reports and working with colleagues to ensure that the set-up data on the system is in line with procedures and specified standards. Pro-active engagement with cross-functional colleagues and with our SuperValu & Centra Retail Partners to resolve issues and queries in a timely manner. Root cause analysis to assist in the elimination of repetitive issues. What we are looking for: A minimum of 2 years experience in a busy administrative team environment/Customer Service/Data Entry role preferably in a commercial environment. Excellent communication, administrative, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability of managing a varied and challenging workload. Competency in PC packages and a strong practical working knowledge of Excel including VLookups, Pivot Tables etc. Previous experience of in-house data-base systems and the management of complex information. A proven track record of meeting challenging deadlines, the ability to work on their own initiative and an ability to complete tasks to a high degree of accuracy and quality.
