This is an outstanding opportunity and a potential steppingstone to numerous possible career paths within the financial services industry.Main responsibilities will include:Assisting the financial planner in the formulation and documentation of financial plans for the client from information and instructions providedDevelop the ability to identify and document a range of strategies in a compliant, personalised and tailored formatSupport financial planners in the annual review process for clientsAttend client meetings with the financial planner on and off site across IrelandCritically analyse information received from planners and clients alikeResearch and analyse investment funds, insurance products and tax legislation as requiredAid in the onboarding of clientsAssist in projects and operational duties aligned with the Financial Planning teamAssist in the Sales support processesIndividual New Business processing and Pipeline ManagementProvide a professional service to a portfolio of external & internal clientsBuild strong relationships with each client & insurers within the marketEnsure house-keeping and client files are in orderWork to meet tight deadlines.How this opportunity is differentThe Paraplanner is a unique role at Aon, as you will support the Paraplanning lead in all day-to-day tasks, having the chance to attend client meetings along with financial planning consultants and building positive relationships with stakeholders.
