Role Overview
Lotus Care provides a range of residential support services to Children & Adults with intellectual disabilities in a homely and comfortable community setting.
We are looking for an accounts & payroll executive to support the Finance team in all day-to-day accounting activities. This work must be carried out with a high level of attention to detail and to the best interests of the company.

Key Responsibilities
* Clocking System Administration
* Travel expenses processing and reporting same to revenue
* Bi-weekly payroll processing
* Cash/Card reconciliation
* Centre specific creditors reconciliations
* Tracking agency usage across the service
* Dealing with queries to the finance office
* Attending to ad hoc duties that are assigned by the Manage
Essential Requirements:
The role would suit a person with previous finance experience, including payroll, that wants to advance to the next level in a busy account office.
* Previous experience in a finance function role
* Payroll experience (desirable)
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of Xero & Brightpay (desirable)
* IPASS or Accounting Technician qualification (desirable)
* Excellent attention to detail
