Location: Dublin 2 Contract: 12 Months Hybrid: 2 days in office / 3 days remote Hours / Annual Leave: 35 hours per week, 23 days annual leave Salary: €32,044 per annum (fixed) Application Deadline: Wednesday, 11th February **** @ 5:00pm Key Responsibilities: Process invoices: register, obtain approvals, and match against purchase orders.
Manage the Accounts Payable mailbox, logging invoices and resolving queries promptly.
Assist with supplier reconciliations and month-end close.
Support month-end reporting and ledger management.
Undertake general administrative and finance duties as required.
Experience & Skills Required: Proven end-to-end Accounts Payable experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and accounting/ERP systems.
Level 6 NFQ qualification (or higher) with 2 years relevant experience, or Level 5 NFQ with 3 years relevant experience.
Public sector experience is advantageous.
