Role OverviewA leading global financial services provider is seeking aHead of Investor AML (VP Level) to join their Dublin-based Transfer Agency function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a senior leadership role within the Investor Services business, managing a high-performing AML team that delivers key services to institutional clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a client-facing Investor AML team to deliver high-quality, compliant onboarding and monitoring servicesAct as a senior escalation point for all AML/KYC-related mattersEnsure adherence to regulatory and internal governance standards, including ISAE 3402Oversee outsourced AML activities in line with regulatory expectationsManage team performance, recruitment, training, and professional developmentChampion a culture of best practice and high-quality client serviceSupport and lead strategic projects within the wider Transfer Agency businessCollaborate cross-functionally with global stakeholders to harmonise proceduresStay current with AML regulations and support implementation of relevant changesAssist with offshore team oversight and workflow alignmentRequired:8–10 years' experience in Fund Administration, with at least 5 years in a senior AML or investor onboarding roleExpert knowledge of AML/KYC and related regulatory frameworksProven experience leading teams and managing client relationshipsStrong grasp of risk, controls, operational frameworks, and outsourcing oversightExcellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and provide immediate value in a fast-paced settingDesirable:Third-level qualification (essential); financial services qualification (preferred)Project or change management experienceFamiliarity with ISAE 3402 and investor AML oversight in offshore/nearshore locationsIf you are interested in making this position yours, please contact Anthony on, click apply belowVoted Best in Practice Accounting & Finance 2022, 2017, 2015 as well as 2013 & 2012, Quest is a team of experienced and professional Financial Recruiters dedicated to recruiting Financial Services Professionals.
