Operations Manager Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a hardware supplies company based in Newcastlewest, Co. Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the hardware supplies company.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and supplier relationships effectively.
* Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the hardware supplies industry or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
