Job Title
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from initial planning to final completion.
About the Role
* Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, within budget and to the required quality standards.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
* Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other external parties.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress, including time sheets, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience in construction management, preferably within a main contractor or specialist contractor environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards achieving project goals.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, with minimal supervision.
