Reporting directly to the marketing manager, the role will offer good task discretion, early responsibility and room for innovation, creativity and professional development.Responsibilities:Working with the marketing manager to implement the overall marketing strategy, with an emphasis on strengthening the company's digital presence across multiple brands.Contributing to the planning and production of video content (primarily short-form) to support social, web and advertising activity; editing existing footage and assets to produce effective, on-brand content.Planning, design and publishing of digital advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Ads, including creating and testing alternative ad creatives, supporting lead generation activity and contributing to budget optimisation.Day-to-day management of social media accounts for multiple brands, including content creation and curation, multimedia editing, account administration, community management and influencer engagement (with a particular focus on Instagram and Facebook, and continued development of TikTok and YouTube).Website and content management, including updating and optimising product pages, writing SEO-friendly product descriptions, and supporting the creation of search-informed blog content based on common end-user queries and seasonal topics.Ownership and organisation of product information and digital assets (PIM), ensuring accurate product data, up-to-date descriptions and correct linking of product and lifestyle imagery for all brands, and supporting B2B customers with eCommerce-ready content where appropriate.Creation of branded social media asset packs and promotional content for B2B customers and internal use, in collaboration with the sales team to support new listings, promotions and post-sale follow-up.Planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and newsletters for multiple segments (e.g. DIY, trade and B2B), including content planning, basic layout, sending and performance review.Ongoing competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities and best practices across digital channels.Skills and Qualifications:3rd level qualification in marketing, communications, multimedia, design or a related discipline.Previous experience in a marketing role desirable, but early-career applicants with strong relevant skills and/or portfolio work will be considered.Strong IT literacy and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud essential.Good working knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) and a clear interest in developing skills in video content production, with a good eye for composition and pacing.Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences (trade, DIY, professional and B2B).Experience managing social media accounts for brands and an understanding of how to drive growth and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads) and an interest in learning how to optimise campaigns based on performance data.Basic understanding of SEO principles and website/content management (experience with WordPress or similar platforms is helpful but not essential).Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail and proven ability to collaborate in a team setting on the delivery of projects and campaigns.Motivated, organised and self-driven, with a desire for professional development and high achievement in the role.Provision of a portfolio demonstrating design work and/or video editing examples would be advantageous.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €33,000.00-€38,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
