Director of Nursing Leadership Role
This leadership role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to residents in a nursing home setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to establish effective policies, procedures, and best practices.
Responsibilities
* Lead the nursing team to achieve performance goals.
* Monitor resident care outcomes and quality metrics.
* Establish and execute nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.
In addition, the Director of Nursing will be responsible for staff management, including:
Staff Management
* Effectively manage staffing levels to secure adequate coverage.
* Supervise training initiatives for new nurses and facilitate continuous professional development for existing staff.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
* Qualification in Management
* Active NMBI Registration
* Minimum 3 years of experience within last 5 years, in a leadership role in a Nursing home setting
