Lead Window and Door Supervisor
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the installation of uPVC and aluminium window and door systems.
This is a full-time position that requires expert-level supervision of a three-man on-site team, ensuring high-quality installations and maintaining clear communication with project coordinators and clients.
The role involves:
* Overseeing the installation of uPVC and aluminium window and door systems
* Ensuring timely and efficient project delivery
* Supervising junior fitters and providing constructive feedback
* Maintaining accurate records of progress and completed work
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in window and door installation
* Expertise in both uPVC and aluminium systems
* Basic plastering abilities (bonding and skimming)
* A full, clean driving license
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation of uPVC and aluminium window and door systems
* Reading and following survey sheets accurately
* Safely removing existing fittings and applying insulation, sealants, and weatherproofing
* Ensuring a clean, safe worksite throughout each project
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in window and door installation
* Expertise in both uPVC and aluminium systems
* Basic plastering skills
* Full, clean driving license
