Site Administration Assistant- Construction
The role involves working closely with the construction and health & safety teams to provide administrative support.
* Collaborating with the Site Construction team and client on site
* Coordinating visitors to site, site inductions for visitors and contractors and sending induction invitations
* Preparing project notes, presentations, reports, editing documents and general administrative requirements
* Procuring stationery and managing deliveries to site

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Site Administration Support: Providing administrative support to the construction team, including coordinating site visits and inductions
* Documentation Management: Preparing project notes, presentations, reports and other documents as required
* Stationery Procurement: Ordering and managing stationery and delivery to site
