Role: Senior Engineer
Client: Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification, minimum of 5 years' similar experience in Ireland, strong project management skills.
Location: Cork city
Salary: €70,000 - €75,000

Overseeing: Site management, quality assurance, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder relationshipsManage health and safety performance across the siteCoordinate subcontractors and service providers to meet programme, testing and commissioning targetsMonitor and control quality standards to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and design requirementsReview design information, attend design team meetings and resolve technical issuesCarry out regular site inspections and maintain quality assurance documentationManage assigned work packages, including sequencing, coordination and deliveryLiaise with third-party stakeholders such as utility providers and local authoritiesIdentify and implement value engineering opportunities to improve efficiency and project outcomes
