About the role
We are seeking Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (Luxury Brand Ambassador) full- and part-time to join our team on a six-week contract during the Christmas trading period (mid-November to Christmas). A passion for luxury fragrance, a warm, professional demeanour, and the ability to create an exceptional shopping experience are essential.
Purpose of the role
As a Luxury Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, delivering an exceptional customer journey, sharing heritage and product knowledge, elevating the customer experience, and driving sales while upholding standards of service.
Responsibilities
* Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our brand, fragrances, ingredients, and heritage to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
* Visual Presentation: Ensure retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising.
* Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and storytelling of product features and benefits.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
* Passion for the luxury brand and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for fragrance or beauty products is a plus.
