We are on the lookout for a dynamic and creative Facade Designer to join our client's growing team!
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative facade solutions for a variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial buildings.
You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that each facade reflects the unique vision of the project while also aligning with environmental and structural standards". " Responsibilities Design and create innovative facade solutions for various building types.Collaborate with architects and other designers to develop cohesive design concepts.Conduct research on materials and technologies to optimize facade performance.Produce detailed drawings and specifications for facade design.Review project designs to ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.Work closely with construction teams to address and resolve design challenges.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.Proven experience in facade design or a similar architectural role.Strong understanding of building materials and their properties.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
