Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be able to lead teams of test engineers, provide technical and subject matter expertise, mentorship and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and own the organisation-wide Test & Quality Engineering Strategy aligned to technology and product roadmaps
* Lead and continuously evolve the end-to-end test strategy, governance and quality engineering practices across An Posts suite of applications
* Establish a coherent test architecture spanning functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, security accessibility resilience data quality testing
* Mentor guide teams with hands-on technical depth people leadership driving productivity gains through intelligent automation risk-based testing shift-left quality practices daily collaboration Software Development Application Support teams ensuring clear concise status reporting project team utilising effective tools proactively identifying addressing areas concern supervising business users User Acceptance Testing UAT ensure ways working consistent agreed standards managing estimates timelines scope collaborating closely project teams system tests delivered time within budget
The role requires strong problem-solving skills analytical thinking communication skills strategic vision continuous improvement strong technical knowledge experience working multiple projects simultaneous environments limited resources teamwork dedication customers solutions tailor-designed processes guidelines best industry practices standardised automated tooling complying guidelines regulations requirements.
The successful candidate will have at least 8 years experience in software quality engineering/test leadership roles with at least 3 years managing multi-discipline test teams automation functional non-functional. Experience regulated or high-integrity domains including knowledge PCI DSS GDPR data protection considerations audit evidence practices highly desirable Agile certification PMP work experience Atlassian products Jira Zephyr Scale Test Management tool from Jira advantageous.
