Job Title: Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for ensuring their stay is seamless and enjoyable.
* This includes verifying payments upon guest check-in, monitoring and addressing feedback from guest satisfaction surveys, as well as third-party websites,
* And skilfully resolving disputes and complaints in a professional manner.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
*Ensuring the smooth running of the front desk on a daily basis*
*Monitoring customer feedback reports*
*Taking appropriate actions for improvement*
You will have previous management experience of at least 2 years working at the Front Desk in a similar property. You must also possess excellent communication skills, including interpersonal skills required for resolving issues professionally.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate appraise support challenge & inspire team members.
The ideal candidate should be able to anticipate any issues that may arise during their stay
