Regional Business Growth Manager
This role will focus on driving commercial growth across Europe by managing key regional customers, developing new business opportunities, and delivering profitable growth aligned with the company's global strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within dairy ingredients and be able to effectively manage regional accounts and deliver growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Regional Sales Leadership: Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
* Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts and distributors across Europe.
* Business Development: Identify and convert new business opportunities within the dairy ingredients sector and oat products portfolio.
* Market Expansion: Expand market share through targeted prospecting and relationship building.
Requirements:
* Education: Master degree in Business, Food Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
* Experience: Minimum 10 years in B2B sales within dairy ingredients.
* Track Record: Proven track record in managing regional accounts and delivering growth.
