We are seeking a highly driven Digital Growth Specialist to lead and execute our digital growth strategy across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data‑driven digital marketing initiatives that accelerate growth, increase engagement, and improve conversion across our digital channels. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with proven experience in performance marketing tools, SEO, paid advertising, and website optimization, and a clear creative instinct for campaigns, messaging, and content, as well as proficiency in using AI and legacy technology for growth marketing. This is a hands‑on execution role for someone who enjoys building, testing, and scaling digital systems that drive measurable results.
Specific Responsibilities
Develop and execute data‑driven strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital channels, while continuously testing and optimizing campaigns to improve performance and return on investment.
Launch and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, WhatsApp, and SMS, optimizing targeting, messaging, and budgets while running A/B tests to improve acquisition and conversion.
Identify and implement AI tools that improve marketing efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance, using AI for audience insights, automation, content generation, and campaign optimization.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic traffic through keyword research, content optimization, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Manage and optimize the website to ensure a seamless user experience, keeping content current while improving usability, user journeys, and conversion pathways.
Develop creative ideas for digital campaigns and growth experiments, creating compelling messaging and collaborating with internal teams to deliver engaging marketing initiatives.
Track and analyze key digital performance metrics, building dashboards and reports that provide insights into campaign performance and inform data‑driven optimization.
Skill Requirements - Must Have
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
Hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing, automation, and campaign optimization.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and organic growth strategies.
Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Experience managing or optimizing websites and digital user journeys.
Experience with marketing dashboards and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and a strong test‑and‑learn mindset.
