Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail store staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.

* Work on a 15-hour weekly contract, with flexibility to work throughout the week.

* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including Circle K's full range of products and services.
\
* Contribute to achieving sales targets by generating sales leads and promoting Circle K's fuel card scheme.
\
* Assist with merchandising, cleaning, and preparing food and beverages in-store.
\
* Participate in health and wellness initiatives and employee assistance programs.
\
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
\
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
\
* Ensure that all store equipment and facilities are well-maintained and comply with health and safety regulations.
\
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
\
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
