We strive to create a work environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and empowered to express their ideas, and where collaboration and teamwork are the norm.The Site - Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the coordination, management and auditing of the utilities services activities across the portfolio of both active and pipeline projectsResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records across all applications/submissions/design processesMonitor information flows between third party stakeholders and design team members to ensure any technical matters are resolved in a timely fashionSupport, monitor and audit the delivery of utilities infrastructure on new and existing residential or commercial developmentsCommunicate with the construction delivery teams to ensure that relevant quality assurance documentation is to standards set out under agreements with utility providersReview upcoming and existing site locations to identify available utilities and other possible constraintsReview and update drawings with designers and other third-party stakeholdersPrepare detailed applications or submissions to relevant utility providers and other third-party stakeholdersAssist in the co-ordination with various utility providers and third-party stakeholders to ensure workflows are in line with the construction delivery programmePrepare detailed reports for review by senior managementManage information flows to ensure construction teams are operating with the most up to date informationMaintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholdersOther ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to timeQualificationsDegree/Higher Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalentResidential construction experience is an advantage but not essentialExcellent understanding of civils infrastructureEngagement with external stakeholders an advantage but not essentialStrong understanding of MS ExcelAttention to DetailStrong multitasking abilityEager to show initiativeExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage but not essentialAbility to collaborate with all departmentsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to adapt to new tasks & challenges.BenefitsCompetitive salary in one of Ireland’s fastest growing PLCsCompany vehicleComprehensive health insurance for you and your dependentsContributory pension schemeAn exciting Wellness Programme with events and activities running throughout the yearAccess to our Digital GymEmployee Assistance ProgrammePerformance related bonusRegular compensation reviewsPaid Volunteering daysLong term illness coverPeace of mind with life assurancePaid maternity leave, as well as paternity leave for fathersIf you’re cycling, we’ve got you covered on the cycle- to- work schemeGlenveagh is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from suitably qualified candidates from all sections of the community.
