Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience with managing the construction project/product life-cycle (e.g., process developments, implementation and improvement). 5 years of infrastructure work experience in the operation and construction of data center, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, power, nuclear or other 24/7 mission critical facilities. Experience with data center electrical equipment. Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience in the construction of hyperscale data centers; knowledge of data center structural, electrical, mechanical, and controls equipment. Experience in the development and implementation of construction quality and commissioning programs. Experience leading cross-functional process improvements. Responsibilities Develop and implement the commissioning strategy, including all relevant documentation such as specifications, test plans, and checklists. Engage in pre-qualification evaluations and managing vendor meetings to ensure commissioning qualities are met and feasible. Monitor and oversee the implementation of all construction quality and commissioning processes by project management consultants, general contractors, and relevant trades. Act as the subject matter expert for the Construction Quality Program and reporting on its status throughout the project life-cycle. Identify project risks and drive a culture of continuous learning and collaboration on regional and global initiatives to enhance the Construction Quality Program.
