Deputy Hotel Operations Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key role within the hotel, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running across all departments.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* A minimum of 3-4 years experience in hotel management in a busy 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and drive results.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
* Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other hospitality software systems including CRMs.
* Possess flexibility regarding working hours which may include evenings, weekends, bank holidays etc...
Financial acumen would be beneficial.
