Senior Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Older Person Rehabilitation.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to lead our Occupational Therapy team in providing high-quality patient-centered care. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment programs for service users. They will also supervise junior staff, promote positive staff morale, and contribute to service planning and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A registered or eligible registration on the Occupational Therapist Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU
* At least three years' full-time experience working in an acute care or rehabilitation hospital setting
* Experience working with adults in an acute hospital setting, particularly in older adult care
* Experience prioritizing and triaging patients, as well as assessing and prescribing specialized seating systems
